On the first floor of the City Hall, a spacious entrance hall leads to the open plan living area and the first bedroom. The living / dining area boasts a magnificant feature window overlooking Atholl Street and the gardens beyond. There is a gas log-effect stove and a seating gallery overlooking the living area.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with every modern appliance. The double bedroom has en-suite bath, shower and wc. The stair to the upper floor leads to the gallery area and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and wc.
